"What are you talking about?! You have bundles of confidence.  You're so out-going, so extroverted!"

Yeah not so much, I'm really good at faking it until I make it.  Today I had a moment where it didn't feel like I was faking it. For the first time in a long time, I actually felt self-confident, I actually felt like I showed courage and strength.  I was at a "9-5" thing with about 50-70 other people in the same field as myself; from management to client peers.  I don't usually speak at large meetings unless I'm the one presenting and I have had about a month to prepare. 

It was good feeling that I wanted to share with you.  I have been eating yellow foods and really looking inward to see what I need to feel good and letting go of what others do or don't do.  I am practicing not putting my expectations on others.
